You probably felt left in the dark while waiting for your package, and we’re really sorry you experienced that kind of delay.
We did ship your order within two days of receiving it, but after reviewing your tracking and investigating further, it looks like your package was caught in a regional delay at the Indianapolis USPS facility. Unfortunately, this hub has caused widespread slowdowns for many USPS shipments recently (including items shipped to me), and unfortunately, it was outside our knowledge and control.
We totally understand your frustration, but we’re not sure a review of USPS’s service should affect this product review—especially when the product or our service itself wasn’t part of the issue.
If there’s anything else we can do, please feel free to reach out. We also offer alternative shipping methods if that would help in the future.
