Warsenal Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

This Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, order changes, and certain purchase types (preorders, backorders, made-to-order items, and digital products) are handled for orders placed directly on warsen.al.

If you purchased Warsenal products through a retailer, distributor, or event partner, that seller’s policies apply.

1) Order Processing Starts Quickly

We begin processing orders on the business day they are received. Many orders are picked/packed and prepared for shipment quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need a change.

2) Cancellations (Standard In-Stock Orders)

You may request cancellation before your order:

  • enters production/manufacturing (if applicable), or

  • has a shipping label created / ships.

If we can cancel in time, we will refund your payment to the original payment method.

If your order has already shipped, it can’t be canceled. You may be able to return eligible items under our Return & Refund Policy.

3) Made-to-Order, Manufactured, or Personalized Items

Some Warsenal products are made to order, manufactured to fulfill your order, or personalized/customized.

  • Before production begins: we can usually cancel or adjust the order.

  • After production begins: cancellations may not be possible, and the order may be final sale except where required by law.

If we can accommodate a change after production begins (for example, a small correction), additional charges and/or a revised timeline may apply.

4) Large or Terrain-Heavy Orders

Large or terrain-heavy orders may require extra manufacturing and packing time, and sometimes multiple boxes.

Cancellation or major changes may not be possible once packing/manufacturing is underway, or after labels are created.

5) Preorders and Backorders

If your order includes preorder or backorder items:

  • estimated dates are not guaranteed and can shift due to manufacturing schedules, freight delays, customs holds, or supplier timelines

  • we may hold shipment until all items are ready, unless split shipping is requested/available (additional shipping charges may apply)

Preorder/backorder cancellation: You may request cancellation at any time before shipment, unless the preorder item is also made-to-order or already in production for your order. If we cannot cancel due to production status, we will explain why.

6) Order Changes (Address, Items, Add-Ons)

Address changes: We can only update addresses before a shipping label is created and the package leaves our facility. Once shipped, address changes may require carrier intervention and additional fees.

Item changes / add-ons: If you want to add items, swap items, combine orders, or split shipments, contact us quickly. We’ll do our best, but availability depends on:

  • production status

  • packing progress

  • inventory

  • shipping constraints

If changes increase shipping costs (weight/box count), we may invoice the difference.

7) Split Shipments

We may split-ship orders when it makes sense operationally (for example, one portion is ready sooner). If we split your shipment, you will receive tracking for each package where available.

If you request split shipping, additional shipping charges may apply.

8) Digital Products (Downloads / STL Files)

Digital products (including downloadable files and STL files) are delivered electronically and are licensed, not sold.

Because digital content can be accessed immediately:

  • Digital product purchases are final once a download link is delivered or accessed, except where required by law.

  • If a file is materially defective or corrupted, contact us and we will provide a replacement file or access. If we cannot provide a working file, we will provide an appropriate remedy (refund or credit as required).

9) Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks/payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.
