If you are looking for subtlety, look elsewhere: the militia is in Lindwurm to absorb the most brutal punishment, hold their ground, and exhaust your opponent's patience through sheer metallurgical stubbornness.

They are tough—unbelievably tough. We are talking about the first basic unit in the game to break the mold with an astonishing profile of 3 Wounds, turning them into true tanks on an infantry scale.
