• Djinnborn Marzban – An expert spellcaster and combat leader. Djinnborn Marzbans are terrifyingly versatile battlemages who can freely choose their elemental affinity and combine it with the rare combat art of Metamagic.

• Academy Expeditioner – Battle-hardened battlemages trained to neutralize whatever threatens the Grand Academy's scholarly expeditions. Combining martial training with offensive sorcery, they excel at confronting dangerous foes head-on.

• Shieldbearer – Veteran heavy infantry of the Sand Kingdoms' mercenary* companies. Armed with uncommon Slayer Blades, they excel at holding monsters and enemy formations at bay. Their famed Great Shield makes them almost impervious to missile attacks, while extending its cover to adjacent allies.
