Understanding Quality Control Codes

Corvus Belli includes Quality Control Codes with their products to help verify and track each stage of the packaging process. If you ever need to file a report, these codes are essential to ensure a swift response. Here’s what to look for:

 

1. White Quality Control Code

 

 

Located on the outside of the blister or inside the box, the White Quality Control Code applies to larger parts such as the main bodies or bases. This code confirms the main packaging process.

 

2. Blue Quality Control Code

 

 

Found inside each zip bag, the Blue Quality Control Code pertains to smaller parts—like heads, arms, and weapons. This code ensures that all smaller components were included and packaged properly.

 


How Each Code Helps You File a Report

 

  • White Code: Use this code if there’s an issue with larger parts or packaging elements, including missing zip bags.

 

  • Blue Code: Use this for missing smaller parts that come in zip bags.

 

Example:

 

 

If your Iguana box is missing the right leg or an entire zip bag, report it with the White Quality Control Code. However, if the head or tail, which are packaged in zip bags, is missing, use the Blue Quality Control Code.

 


Qualifying Issues

You may file a complaint for the following:

 

  • Missing parts

 

  • Incomplete sets

 

  • Miscasted or broken pieces

 

Note: Minor mold lines don’t typically qualify unless they are unusually excessive, which Corvus Belli’s team will assess.

 


Filing a Complaint with Corvus Belli

 

  • Complete the Mispack Form: Head to Corvus Belli’s Mispack Form and complete it. Only fully completed forms will be accepted.

 

  • Include the Relevant Quality Control Code: Attach the White or Blue code depending on the missing part.

 

After reviewing your complaint, Corvus Belli will send the missing pieces at no additional cost if the complaint is approved.
