Firstly, the instructions they show are for the non-printed pieces, so some of the instructions do not 100% match, as they changed which pieces you get with the printed stuff versus the non-printed. Secondly, the instructions skip over many steps, and suddenly you're on a new page, with more pieces connected that in the previous steps.
I was fumbling through the Access Panel instructions, when I finally got to the part you use the acrylic rod to attach the door. It would not fit through any of the MDF holes. I had to curl up a small piece of sand paper, use a tooth pick, and slowly work it in the holes to sand them out enough so that the rod would finally fit through them all. I then tried to test fit the door before gluing, and the door will not open once installed because it hits the smaller supports from the rod. Overall I've spent nearly an hour+ just trying to install this door, and now I need to take it all apart and sand more pieces until it can finally clear.
I bought 2 sets, and in 2 days I have about half of 1 set complete... this will be a long journey to finally get these forced together.
