I received a mispack of Hussein Al-Djabel, I had also received a different mispacked item a couple of weeks ago. Frustrated at needing to go through the Corvus Belli mispack process for a second time in such a short span I reached out to Warsenal to simply return and refund the mispacked item.
Rather than simply refund me, Warsenal customer service worked with me to identify the missing parts from my model and ship me a replacement, as well as catching another two mispacks of the same model with the same incorrect extra parts.
