Imperial Service Action Pack

I've been playing Infinity since N4 and i have only noticed this problem recently. I purchased both the ISS and NextWave packs from my local game store. these things arent exactly cheap so it stings when you don't get all the parts for some of the models. CB has always been really good about inluding all the parts until about last year. I noticed this with the Syenann where I got a mess of random parts that didn't go together with anything. My action pack of ISS which was purchased from Warsenal was missing the parts for both the Wu-Ming (only had the torso) and the crane agent (missing arm and leg). my local store told me to contact Warsenal, but I had done this before and was reffered back to CB who did not reply to my email. It sucks knowing that not even infinity is safe from this missing parts issue that plagues Warcrow. Be careful and make sure you actually have all the parts to your kits, you won't get replacements or help.
