We know your November pre-orders are long overdue, and we’re just as upset as you are. This delay has weighed heavily on our team—we take pride in delivering your orders on time, and we’re deeply frustrated that we’ve fallen short of that expectation.
While the delays were beyond our control, we want to assure you that we’ve been working tirelessly to resolve the situation. The information below outlines exactly what happened, the measures we’ve taken, and what you can expect moving forward. We hope this helps provide clarity and shows how committed we are to making this right.
Latest Update
In our third update, we mentioned that the shipment was in Chicago, but we’ve since learned that this information was inaccurate due to incorrect tracking. We have now re-established tracking.The shipping company have assured us:
- The shipment HAS arrived in Miami on 12/9/24 at 4:39
- The shipment will be in customs processing Tuesday
- The shipment will be loaded on the truck and sent to us Wendsday
- We will have the shipment and start shipping Thursday.

What Happens Next?
- Fast Turnaround: Once the shipment reaches our warehouse on Thursday, we’ll begin processing and packing orders immediately.
- Extreme Measures: To expedite things, we’ve called in family and friends to join our team that day, ensuring multiple groups will work together to ship your orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery Timing:
- Some orders may ship on Thursday (depending on arrival time).
- The rest will follow on Friday.
- We are limited by the time the post closes for Thursday shipping.
That said, please be prepared for an additional day or two of delays if any unexpected issues arise while trying to receive the shipment.

Here’s a quick summary of the issues and delays:
- Incorrect Tracking Information: Early tracking updates were inaccurate, which delayed our ability to provide precise updates.
- Production Delays: Delays at the production level impacted when Corvus Belli could ship our pre-orders and restocks.
- Freight and Customs Delays: Shipping via freight, compounded by the transportation strike and extended customs processing times, caused further delays.
🔧 Our Prep to avoid delays (like that worked😭)
- Plenty of Lead Time: We submitted our initial order and numbers before thew pre-order even officially started😲.
- Priority: We informed Corvus of our Concerns of shipping time and worked with Corvus to prioritize the order to be as timely as possible.
- First order Sent: Corvus assured us it was the first priority order and was sent first.
About the Discount Code
Direct Customers received discount codes that are valid until the end of February!
- How they work: It will display as 12-13% off at checkout because it stacks with our store’s inherent 20% discount on Infinity products, giving you a total of 30% off.
- Rare Discount: You can also use it for January or February pre-orders!

Stock issues: If there’s anything you’re looking for that’s still out of stock, please reach out to us directly. We can invoice you for those items so you can take advantage of the discount codes and ship them as soon as we receive them.
