I received a mispack of Hussein Al-Djabel, I had also received a different mispacked item a couple of weeks ago. Frustrated at needing to go through the Corvus Belli mispack process for a second time in such a short span I reached out to Warsenal to simply return and refund the mispacked item.

Rather than simply refund me, Warsenal customer service worked with me to identify the missing parts from my model and ship me a replacement, as well as catching another two mispacks of the same model with the same incorrect extra parts. Additionally they also replaced the previous mispacked item as well, completely unprompted. I’m extremely grateful to Warsenal for going beyond my expectations to make sure I receive the models I needed, and also for generally being easy to communicate with.

Great model for Warcrow. Minimal mold lines and flash, and those that are present are easy to clean with a sharp hobby knife. Detail is super crisp and clear, and the parts fit together damn near perfectly.

Not much more to say, it's wonderfully printed, the dial is magnetised, and it sit flush compared to the cardboard one, love it !

Arrived quickly, well packaged.

It is an expensive set but the kit is excellent and so satisfying to play with, love the feeling the weight and the quality of the print, peeling the paper is an adventure though and except a few tokens where the print is not totally centered, I would recommand them in a heartbeat if you have the fund!

Amazing, sturdy and some of the best terrain for the price!
